Bunny Arts

Manufacturing Facility

Every piece that leaves Bunny Arts passes through the same facility and the same standard — whether it’s a single memorial keepsake or a thousand-piece corporate program.

Studio philosophy

Craftsmanship and precision manufacturing aren’t in tension here — they’re the same process. Precision 3D scanning and printing gets a piece to true likeness and proportion; an in-house artisan’s hand-finishing is what actually makes it feel made, not just produced.

Manufacturing process

Every commission starts with precision 3D scanning and printing, then passes to hand-sculpting and hand-finishing, then a quality check before it ships. The specific method used — resin, FDM, SLA, SLS, or large-scale — depends on the piece.

Quality standards

Every custom commission is reviewed by an artisan before and after hand-finishing, and every 3D preview requires your explicit approval before physical production begins — production never starts in parallel with approval for scheduling convenience.

Certifications & sustainability

We only publish a certification or sustainability claim once it’s genuinely held and verifiable. Our material sourcing, waste handling, and energy practices are being formalized into a published sustainability framework — until that’s confirmed and verifiable, we’d rather say nothing than overstate it.

Team & artisans

The studio is organized across design, sculpting, 3D printing operation, hand-finishing, and quality inspection. Named artisan profiles are published only with each artisan’s consent, and are in progress.
