This page specifies what our privacy policy must cover. The text below is a content-coverage draft, not final legally reviewed copy — legal counsel review is required before this page goes live, consistent with how we handle every other legal-dependency page on this site.
What we collect
Checkout and account information, custom-order reference photos and personalization details, and — for business inquiries — commercial data that may be covered by a confidentiality agreement. Each category is handled according to its own sensitivity, not as one undifferentiated pool of data.
Reference photos
Photos uploaded for a custom commission are used only to produce your piece. Handling for sensitive commissions (memorial, baby, and similar categories) follows a stricter standard, described at the point of upload.
Business & NDA-covered data
Commercial data shared as part of a Corporate Solutions inquiry — including anything covered by a confidentiality agreement — is handled under the terms of that agreement in addition to this policy.
Cookies & tracking
The cart uses your browser’s local storage to remember what you’ve added between visits — this stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you check out. As of this page’s last update, no advertising or analytics tracking (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) is active on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific service, what it collects, and how to opt out, before any such tracking goes live — not disclosed after the fact.
Data retention
Order and delivery information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting and warranty obligations. Reference photos for completed commissions follow the return-or- deletion policy described at the point of upload — they are not kept indefinitely by default.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we’re legally required to keep (such as completed order records). Contact the studio to make a request — see the Contact page for the current channel. This section will be expanded with region-specific rights (e.g. GDPR for UK/EU customers) during legal review.
Terms & Conditions
Standard commercial terms — order acceptance, liability, and intellectual property regarding any likeness or brand asset you supply us — are covered here alongside our Privacy Policy pending confirmation of a dedicated page. As with the policy above, this is a content-coverage draft awaiting legal review, not final terms.
Order acceptance — An order is confirmed once we’ve reviewed your reference/ specification and you’ve received confirmed pricing; made-to- order items are produced only after that confirmation, not automatically on checkout.
Likeness & reference material — You confirm you have the right to share any photograph or likeness you submit for a commission. We use it only to produce your piece, per the Reference Photos section above.
Liability — Covered by our Return Policy and Shipping pages for damage or transit issues; general liability terms will be finalized during legal review.
